July 4th Time Capsule

Camden Rotary Club and Camden-Rockport Historical Society invite you to contribute to our July 4th Time Capsule, a special keepsake of our community’s stories that will inspire generations to come!

The time capsule will be buried safely on the grounds of Camden Public Library and will be opened in 50 years on July 4, 2076 for the 300th Anniversary of American Independence. Anyone is welcome to contribute! Drop off your contributions before June 28 at Camden Public Library, Rockport Public Library, or the Camden Town Office. Contributions could be letters to the future, photos or drawings, clippings of local news or events, predictions and hopes, and small mementos. Let’s contribute to our own local history and leave our mark for the future!
