On Monday, May 20, 1 p.m., rain or shine, Camden will hold its 25th annual Arbor Day observance at the historic Camden Amphitheater on Atlantic Avenue behind the Camden Public Library. This year, the Camden Public Library will also host Maine’s Tree City Celebration.
