Re-Visioning Your Garden: Talks about Landscape Design

In Collaboration with Camden Public Library

Programs take place on Tuesday mornings from January 27 – February 24. Join us in-person in the Picker Room at Camden Public Library, or watch virtually on Zoom. Coffee and refreshments will be served in the Picker Room starting at 10:00 AM. Each program starts at 10:30 AM. There are limited seats, so we ask that you register ahead of time. Tuesday, January 27: Elements of Landscape Design with Todd Richardson. Todd has led the award-winning firm Richardson & Associates for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in site development and landscape design.

Tuesday, February 3: The Layered Garden with David Culp. David is the principal of David L. Culp Designs, creator of the gardens at Brandywine Cottage, and author of several books including The Layered Garden.

Tuesday, February 10: Using Hardscape with Emma Kelly. Emma launched ColLab, a collaborating laboratory of five independent, women-owned landscape architecture practices in the Northeast designing landscapes to fit unique goals.

Tuesday, February 17: Choosing the Right Plants with Sharon Turner. Sharon is the owner of Crystal Lake Farm and Nursery. For the past 20 years, she and her son Eli have built their business together and acted as stewards of this small piece of Maine.

Tuesday, February 24: Embracing the Organic Process of Design with Irene Barber. Irene is the principal of Greenscapes Design, LLC. She consults and designs vibrantly landscaped ecosystems that support clean water, biodiversity, and healthy soils.
