Open Needlepoint Group – Sponsored by Pine Tree Chapter of American Needlepoint Guild

Discover the joy of stitching in community! Bring your own project to work on or come by to check it out. All levels are welcome—whether you’re new to needlepoint or have been stitching for years, you’ll find a supportive, creative community. This group is free and no registration is required. Just show up and needlepoint together! Meets on Third Sundays only, through August; after August, meets First & Third Sundays. 2:00 – 3:00 PM in the Picker Room.

This group is put on by The American Needlepoint Guild (ANG) Pine Tree Chapter. ANG is an educational, non-profit organization whose main purpose is education and cultural development through participation in and encouragement of interest in the art of needlepoint. The Guild was formed in 1972 and has over 10,200 members. The Pine Tree Chapter was formed in 1986 by stitchers who wished to learn more about needlepoint.
