The Midcoast Maine Book Arts exhibit “Come Summer” is on display during the month of July.* The exhibit is a display of artist books which harness structure, design, and materials to evoke the language, color, and textures of Maine’s natural landscapes.
An Opening Reception will be held on Sunday, July 6 from 2-4 pm and is open to all.
Midcoast Maine Book Arts is a collective formed to promote, encourage, and educate working and aspiring book artists in Maine’s midcoast area. We seek to exhibit the work of its members and other book artists, host workshops about artists’ books, and to build interest in the general public about this art form.
