Cyber Sunday by Appointment
Once a month, on the second Sunday we offer one-on-one 30-45 minute appointment slots with our Technology Coordinator. Bring your device and bring your questions – we’ll do our best to answer them! Please sign up online in advance and let us know what you’d like to discuss.
1). How long are the appointments?
Each appointment is 30-45 minutes long. Sign up here.
2). Do I need a Camden Public Library card to make an appointment?
Yes. Camden residents receive a free card. All children 0 – 18 years in Waldo and Knox counties receive a free card. Everyone else – $35 per year per household, or $15 per 3 months.
3). What kind of help will I receive?
Please fill out the Sign Up Form and let us know what you need assistance with. We’ll get back to you to confirm that we are able to provide the kind of help you need.
4). What if I don’t know my password?
We may be able to guide you through the password resetting process. For the sake of expediency, please try your best to obtain all the passwords which will be necessary for the services you plan to discuss during your appointment.
5). What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your appointment. Thank you! If you are cancelling within 3 days, please call the library directly 207.236.3440
6). Will the library fix my computer/device?
We are here to guide you in gathering appropriate information to allow you to fix your issue. We can help with suggestions, discussions of best practices and past experience as well as pointing out the best sources to search for more answers. Our goal is to make you an informed decision maker. We will not take over your keyboard and mouse!
