SUMMARY:Camden Nursing Circle
DESCRIPTION:Expectant and nursing parents are encouraged to join a community nursing circle in the Children’s Room of the Camden Library every 4th Wednesday from 4:30p to 5:30pm. The group welcomes families of all stripes and nurslings of all ages. Come with your nursing-related questions\, concerns or curiosities\, or come simply to commune.  \n\n\n\nThe gathering will be facilitated by Lulu Churchill (CLC) with input about library resources from children’s librarian Amy Hand. Lulu Churchill completed her certification in Lactation Management through the Center for Breastfeeding at the Healthy Children Project. DESCRIPTION:A big book sale is happening now in the library rotunda\, and there’s something for everyone. Adult hardcovers go for $3 and soft covers for $2. Children’s hardcovers are priced at $2 and soft covers at $1. Books are organized into categories for straightforward and fun perusing. This is a great chance to add books to your personal library or buy gifts! \n\n\n\nBook sales like this one are very important fundraisers for the library—and you can’t beat our prices! Buying gently used books is also environmentally friendly. Shopping locally helps keep our library and community strong\, and we truly appreciate your support!
