Zoom Presentation: Sleep Your Way to Better Health
Tuesday, May 12, 2020 @ 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm
The Camden Public Library welcomes local health and wellness coach Hester Kohl and family physician Dr. Deb Peabody, for an online discussion addressing the benefits deep sleep delivers to the immune system, metabolism, and brain health. The program will be conducted via the Zoom platform. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a link to attend.
Kohl and Peabody will explore reasons that people feel fatigued. They will expose factors that contribute to people not being able to achieve the quantity and quality of sleep their bodies need. “After this presentation, participants will be able to identify common ‘sleep stealers’ and apply strategies for tackling them,” Kohl explains. “Participants will leave the program empowered with a list of daily habits that encourage deep and restful sleep, which they can start using right away!”
