Welcome to the Walsh History Center at the Camden Public Library (formerly the Camden Area History Center — CAHC). Our goal is to to collect, organize and preserve the records and information, whether published or unpublished, that are of historic significance to the residents of the towns of Camden, Rockport, and Lincolnville and to make such information available to the public.
Please remember us when cleaning out your family pictures, movies, scrapbooks and other documents. If they are family treasures, we can quickly scan them and return them to you.
The Walsh History Center is open Tuesday through Saturday, 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, and Thursday evenings 5:00 – 8:00 PM.
