Student/Child Application for a Library Card

Library membership is free to all children through the age of 14 in Knox and Waldo counties. If children attend Camden Hills Regional High School, membership is free through the age of 18. Parents are not allowed to check out their adult materials on a free student card. Video/DVD and computer usage privileges must be completed and signed at the library by a parent or guardian. You must present your library card each time you check out materials.
