Non-Resident Application for a Library Card

Library membership costs $15/year for individual non-residents and $25 for two or more individual non-residents (family), to be paid by check or upon the first use of the card in the library. Video/DVD and computer usage privileges must be completed and signed at the library. You must present your library card each time you check out materials.

You will receive and pay for your card at the Library. Patron card must be presented at the time of checkout of material. A service charge of $2.00 will be required to replace lost or stolen cards.

I accept responsibility for all fines incurred and for lost or damaged materials on this card. I agree to give immediate notice of any change of contact information or loss of my library card. I further agree to adhere to all policies of the library, and that any failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of my library privileges.
