Want to stay healthy and happy this season? Join Rhonda Feiman, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, to learn Chinese medicine practices and Qi-gong movements that can help strengthen the immune system and support emotional and physical balance. She will present a talk on “Embrace the Season: Winter” at the Camden Public Library on Tuesday, November 29, at 6:30 pm. This free workshop is being offered through the Journey to Health program of Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital. Space is limited so pre-registration is required. Visit journeytohealth.coursestorm.com or call 921-3950 to register.

The light is fading, the days are shorter and the temperature drops. This is a perfect time to learn how to slow down and enjoy the quiet! Join Rhonda Feiman, licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist, to explore how we can restore and renew our energy during the winter.

“East Asian Medicine is so much more than just pain management,” says Feiman. “It is also a wonderful form of preventative medicine because it has the ability to balance the body before serious symptoms manifest themselves.” Rhonda Feiman is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist who has been in private practice in Belfast, Maine since 1993. She has presented numerous workshops and classes on women’s health, Qi Gong, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, stress reduction, and strategies for dealing with cancer, and more.
